Enterprise
Run a large network on one platform, with every office set up the way it works.
For brokerages with thousands of agents across many offices, markets and states. Leadership sees the whole network and what needs attention, each office keeps its own plans and rules, and we plan the rollout with your team.
Network view
See the whole network, and what needs attention.
Corporate sees the network overall and by state, market, office, manager, team and agent, all from one set of numbers. Each exception goes to the person who can act on it.
- Reporting by state, market, office, manager, team and agent.
- Exceptions go to the managing broker or staff member responsible.
- Every number opens the records behind it, within each viewer’s permissions.
- Forecasts, company dollar and retention risk across the network.
Shared services
Your staff start each day with the work already prepared.
Brokerage AI works ahead on every edition. Compliance gets checked files, accounting gets commission differences to review, and managers see the agents and exceptions that need them.
- A person approves every file and every payout.
- Agents ask the help desk policy questions at any hour, answered from your manual.
- Your organization sets how far the AI may go, category by category.
The closing statement shows $412 less than the expected commission. Flagged before the payout is drafted.
License active with the state commission and ID matched. Ready for your review.
A person approves every file and every payout
Network control
Set standards centrally. Let each office run locally.
Company-wide rules are set once, offices keep what makes them different, and every person works within the part of the network they are responsible for.
Company standards
Brand, policies and AI limits are set at the company level, and no one below can go past the AI limits you set.
Office plans and rules
Each office keeps its own commission plans, fees, compliance checklists and managing broker.
Scoped roles
Ten standard roles, limited to the offices or teams each person is responsible for.
A full audit trail
Every change, approval and access is logged, with before-and-after values.
Your systems
Replace what overlaps. Connect what you keep.
VybeOS replaces the separate systems most networks pay for in every office. Your accounting, banking and MLS stay where they are, connected.

Rollout
Prove it on one office, then roll out in waves.
We plan the move with your operations and technology teams. Your history comes with you where your current systems can export it, and historical transaction import is scoped separately.
Discovery
We map your offices, markets, commission plans and current systems with your team.
Configuration
Commission plans, fees, compliance rules and roles are set up for each office.
Sample import
A sample of contacts and files comes over first, and your team checks it before the full import runs.
Commission check
Every plan is checked against real recent closings before anyone is paid from it.
Pilot office
One office goes live first, and your team signs off before the next wave.
Rollout in waves
The rest of the network follows in waves, with a named implementation lead and training for brokers, staff and agents as each wave goes live.
Security and identity
Controls your technology and risk teams can review.
Bring your security team’s questions to a technical review. Everything below is explained in more detail on the Security page.
Single sign-on
SAML or OAuth sign-in with directory sync for joiners, moves and leavers, through the Enterprise SSO module.
Isolated by design
Your data lives in its own isolated tenant, with its own encryption keys.
Roles and masking
Permissions by action and scope, with bank details and tax IDs masked from anyone who doesn’t need them.
Audit and retention
An immutable audit log, legal hold and retention rules that follow each state.
Your data stays yours
Your data never trains anyone else’s AI, and the assistant sees only what each person is permitted to see.
Compliance roadmap
SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap.
Lite and Pro
One platform for everyone. Proactive agent AI for those who want it.
Large networks run on thin margins, and a few dollars per agent adds up across thousands of seats. Lite puts the whole network on one platform at a cost you can carry, and Pro is there for every agent ready for more.
VybeOS Lite
Agent AI on demand
The full platform, with brokerage AI that works ahead: contract review, compliance, commission checks and brokerage tasks. Agents use AI when they ask for it, including the help desk, and texting and AI voice are part of Pro, which keeps the cost per seat low.
Best for putting your whole network on one platform, from $25 per agent.
VybeOS Pro
Agent AI that works ahead
Everything in Lite, plus AI that prepares each agent’s follow-ups, client updates, document requests and listing marketing before they ask, with an AI staff of four for every agent.
Best for the agents who close most of your business, and any agent who wants more help, from $40 per active agent above 3,000.
Built by someone who has run the numbers.
Our founder built a brokerage of more than 14,000 agents and knows what a few dollars per agent means at that size. Lite exists so a large network never has to choose between its margins and one platform for everyone.
Upgrades
Agents can upgrade, and your bill goes down.
Start the network on Lite. Agents who want Pro upgrade on their own, and 5% of every upgrade comes back to you.
Any agent can upgrade
An agent moves from Lite to Pro for $50 a month and pays for the upgrade themselves, with no change to your agreement.
Or a whole team
Team leaders can upgrade everyone on their team in one step, and the credit applies to every agent on it.
A credit on your bill
5% of each upgrade price comes back to your monthly bill. For example, a $50 upgrade earns $2.50, a tenth of a $25 seat.
FAQ
Questions about Enterprise.
It’s the same platform, set up for a larger and more complex organization: many offices, markets or states, single sign-on, a planned rollout and an agreement written for your network. Enterprise is for networks of more than 3,000 agents, and Lite is available only with Enterprise.
