Josh Harley
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Josh founded and led a publicly traded real estate brokerage that grew to more than 14,000 agents, and built technology, mortgage, title and insurance companies along the way. The technology he built supported thousands of agents through hundreds of thousands of transactions, so he knows what it takes to run a brokerage efficiently. Raised in Alaska, Josh is a US Marine Corps veteran with a passion for serving others.
Valdis Barrett
Co-founder & Chief Product Officer
Valdis leads product for VybeOS, from the roadmap and business workflows to how AI and automation make brokerages, teams and individual agents more efficient and productive. He knows the real estate tech space deeply and is passionate about automation and AI. Valdis has lived all over the world and speaks several languages, not counting the ones computers understand.
